GOD IS GREAT , BUT GURU IS GREATER THAN GOD.

Just as we have a department for education in a government, which facilitates teaching of modern sciences throughout the country, the aspect of God that looks after spiritual teaching and spiritual growth in the Universe is known as the Guru.

This is known as the unseen or Unmanifest Guru or the Teaching Principle of God.

A Guru is very different to a teacher or a preacher. He is a beacon of spiritual light in our world, and teaches us the universal spiritual principles that underlie all religions and cultures. This article expands on His characteristics and salient features.

The unmanifest Guru pervades the entire Universe and is with us at all times during our life and even after we die. The salient and highlighting feature is that the unmanifest Guru stands by us throughout our life and slowly lifts us from our worldly life into a spiritual way of life.

The Guru guides us according to our spiritual level, i.e. our capacity to imbibe knowledge whether we know it or not, helping us develop skills such as perseverance, dedication, attention to detail, tenacity, compassion etc. through our lives. All these kinds of skills are intrinsic to being a good seeker of God and are vital in sustaining our spiritual journey. For those who are proactively seeking spiritual growth the Guru is more active, guiding them in an unseen form according to what is needed for them.

Guru are the lamp bearers of enlightment , knowledge and prosperity. They serve as light when the way is dusky and guide , perplex people. They are the people behind everyones success and without the civilization will remain barbaric.they are true friend ,philospher and guide.

Lord krishna and lord rama who are said to be sandipan and vishwamitra . As pivotal person in the field of education, a teacher is a skipper of excellence who shapes us to be morally good and acamadically superb. They encourage us to do better and equip us with the knowledge ,skills and attitude so that we go out into the world and donot feel lost. Most people would define a good teacher as someone who makes their students excel academically and do well on their tests. I believe that’s almost right, but a little off.

I believe that a good teacher doesn’t have one dimension but two. They not only make you excel, but they make you want to go to school. They care about the student’s insecurities and problems, and most importantly they are there to support you. "A good teacher is like a candle, it consumes itself to light the way for others." This quote by an unknown author embodies every aspect of what my teachers at Mid-Prairie High School do for each of their students.

Teaching has always been a big part of my life."Preparing today's students for tomorrow's world in a caring learning environment." Each teacher takes this mission statement to heart. When a teacher is excited and passionate about what they are teaching their students will have that same excitement and passion about what they are learning.teachers are like parents in school who scold us when we have done something wrong who used to inspire us to ecel more and who used to discover whats best in a person and the future practitioners of our society .

It is rightly said that, their thoughts are wide and spread , and add to our enounous stride, their pleasures o knowledge lie within their brain so that they can teach and also train, their action dont have strain , which is responsible for their great fame ...
yet they consider themselves as ordinary human being.

Aside from representing kindness and love, a great teacher can find the right way of teaching between his/her passion for the subject and the interests of the class. This is the type of teacher who is able to challenge his/her students to become all that they can be which, in turn, helps to build confidence and self-esteem in students. He/she is not only able to teach textbook materials but also the truth about what is happening outside in the real world.

Guru or taecher have the knowledge and passion for each student for they have the gargantuan responsibility in shaping the thoughts of mind of the future . Not just because its their job but because they want to surmount illiteracy and become the helping hand in reaching others dream. Teachers are supposed to help us learn certain subjects but they often do more than that. They give us an idea of what real world would like. Teachers are of graet importance in our life that is why we celebrate TEACHERS DAY on 5th september every year .

It is observed through length and breadth of india . On that day government of india also honour them in its own way. Teachers are conferred on state award and national awared. Education is one of the most important parts of our life. The kind of education we all receives largely depends upon the kind of teacher we have in the school. A positive or negative approach could change the entire life of a child. A future of a child is depending on the teachers.

The society that we live in have all types of teachers. Furthermore, today's students will be the responsible citizens of tomorrow; therefore all teachers should try to be a "good teacher." A teacher has his or her own style or way of motivating their students. Motivation plays an important part in a student’s success of learning and development. There are times when teachers spend more time with their students than most parents do, thus, a teacher is fundamental in shaping their students success. Guru/teacher insure that of education are clear to attain school goals as well as all round development of students which is ample goal of education .

In the end i would like to add some line :

we know that nobody like tehm is capable, and with others they remain affable, around them,
their accolades abound but still with common people they are found , eventeh poets cannot help us to express our thoughts about them, because their greatness is boundless and words are few.........
HAPPY TEACHERS' DAY :)
